FALL/Winter RECREATIONAL

Space is limited as well as choice of practice location. Please register in person to find out where there is space(after Aug 1). Office is open Monday through Thursday 5:30 to 8:00 for registration. Call Laura Tucker at the Club Office: 792-7757
Teams will be formed after the close of registration and will be announced after Sept.30th.
WHO CAN PLAY SOCCER: Any child age 4 to 18 as of August 1, 2010. August 1st is the date for age determination for all age groups.
PLAYING UP AN AGE GROUP: ALL REQUESTS CONSIDERED NO GUARANTEES
Club registration fee:
U5- U8 players $125.00 for the season
U10-U19 players $150 + $50 Volunteer/Field Maintenance Fee
The $50 Volunteer/Field Maintenance Fee is refundable upon completion of 5 approved volunteer hours. More information will be provided at the beginning of the season through email announcements.
Registration Fees Includes:
Adidas Uniform - two jerseys, one pair of shorts and socks
Membership to FYSA (Player Pass)
Referee Fees
Entry into the Gasparilla Tournament for Teams U10-U19
Contribution to Facility Costs

Training Gear
Soccer cleats, shin guards and ball

U5 to U8 $150.00 per team
U10-U19 $300.00 per team
Personal Travel Expenses (if applicable)
Entry into the Gasparilla Tournament for Teams U5-U8 (Entry fee ranges from $150-$200 per team. Go to Tournaments on Home Page for more information)
Uniform Try-0n
Can't decide what size your child wears? To try on the uniform before completing the registration you can come to the Office at the Ed Radice Sports Complex Monday-Friday between 6 pm-8 pm for assistance. See Laura Tucker, Administrator
Practice Schedule: Practices are available at the Carrollwood and Radice locations. Preferences are strongly considered.
Practices will begin no sooner than October 11, 2010
U5 -U10 Teams will practice one night per week. Coaches will be responsible for training and game day activities.
U12-U19 Teams will practice two nights per week. Coaches will be responsible for training and game day activities.
Games Schedule:
Games are on Saturdays starting at the beginning Oct 23rd and end in February with holiday breaks
Game Location:
U5 -U8 Teams will play all games at the Carrollwood Soccer Complex.
U10 Teams will play all games at Ed Radice
U12-U19 Teams will play home games at the Ed Radice Sports Complex and away games at the home field of their opponent. The TARSA League develops these schedules.
Team Sponsorship:
The Team Sponsorship fee is payable to the club by November 30th. This fee is intended to defray the overall administrative costs associated with the club. The team can fundraise or obtain one or more sponsors to cover this coast as a tax-deductible contribution. The sponsor(s) will get their name placed on the training t-shirt ordered by the team.
Coaches Needed:
Coaches are needed at all age groups. If you are interested in coaching, make sure you select Head Coach or Assistant Coach when registering on-line. A member of the staff will contact you.
